Unbelievable Behavior at Bacolod Silay Airport!

Unbelievable behavior at the Bacolod Silay Airport last April 2014.  Please help my niece, Charlotte Lopez Hofilena, find this man who is responsible for causing the fall of Charlotte's mom.
